These terms cover Troop Cookie Tracker, made by Northpine Labs LLC. By using the site you agree to them.

What the tracker is

A planning and record-keeping tool for a troop's cookie sale. It is not the official record: your council's system (eBudde or Smart Cookies) and your council's statements are. Numbers from council guides are shown with their source and may change; check them against your council's current guide.

Troop Cookie Tracker is an independent tool made by Northpine Labs LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Girl Scouts of the USA, ABC Bakers or Little Brownie Bakers. Girl Scouts, eBudde, Smart Cookies and cookie variety names are trademarks of their owners and appear here only to describe what the tracker works with. Your council's records are the official record of your sale.

Free use

The initial order planner, the troop proceeds calculator, the booth cash-count sheet and the full tracker for a troop's first 3 girls are free.

The season pass

  • $15, paid once through Stripe Checkout, for one troop and the 2027 cookie season. It works through June 30, 2027 and does not renew.
  • It unlocks every girl beyond the first 3, PDF and CSV exports and the read-only leader link.
  • It opens on up to 10 devices used for your troop (the pass link, the season file or a restore by email count one each). Keep the pass link within your troop.
  • Not right for your troop? Email [email protected] within 14 days of paying and we refund it in full, no questions asked.

Your data and your responsibility

Your season is saved in your browser. Keep a copy with the season file; we cannot restore a season that was deleted from your device. You are responsible for what you enter and for the money you handle for your troop.

No warranty

The tracker is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free, and we are not liable for losses from relying on it, beyond the amount you paid for the season pass.
